Sheriff's Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a 25-year-old woman which occurred Saturday evening, April 28, 2012, 23400 block of Moon Shadows Drive, Malibu.

The deceased woman was identified as Katherine Wilkins. She was discovered inside of the location, which was her home.

An autopsy was performed by Los Angeles County Department of Coroner personnel this morning and was attended by Los Angeles County Sheriff's
Department Homicide Bureau detectives. Coroner personnel have deferred the final determination of the cause of death pending the results of toxicology testing.

At this time, it appears there was no foul play involved in the death of Ms. Wilkins. The investigation is on-going.
